Common Questions

How does the 7-day Pro trial work?
When you subscribe to any paid plan, your first 7 days run at full Pro level — 400 messages and voice included. On day 8 your subscription automatically continues on the plan you chose at checkout. No action needed, no surprise upgrade charges. If you cancel during the trial you won't be billed at all.
How do I access Jill after subscribing?
After checkout we email you a one-click access link — no password required. If you lose it, request a fresh one from the sign-in page anytime.
What counts as a message?
Each question you send and receive a response to counts as one message. Uploading a document doesn't count — only the follow-up question does.
What's a voice message?
Pro and Pro+Talk subscribers can speak to Jill and hear her speak back. Each back-and-forth voice exchange counts as one voice message. Pro includes 30/month; Pro+Talk is unlimited.
When does my message count reset?
On the first of each calendar month, regardless of your billing date.
Does Jill give legal or tax advice?
Jill provides general educational information about oil and gas law, tax, geology, and investing. It does not create an attorney-client or CPA-client relationship. Always consult a licensed professional for your specific situation.
